Team Midoma
Midoma Správa is run by siblings Zuzana Miloschewská and Martin Miloschewsky, who together handle the financial and technical management of the properties. Technical maintenance is handled by our caretaker Zdeněk Kovář, whose services are also available to tenants for minor repairs within their flats, for an additional fee.

Midoma Správa (formerly SolidHomes Správa) is a Prague-based family business with more than 10 years of professional experience in property management. Our relationship with caring for buildings goes back even further – to the 1990s, when our family’s first apartment building was returned to us in restitution. Since then we have been gaining hands-on experience with letting, maintaining and developing residential property.
Today we manage 8 apartment buildings and 3 individual flats, providing complete care for rental properties, including technical and financial management.
We take a long-term approach and work systematically to protect your property, improve its condition and support stable growth in both its value and return.
