Who processes your data

This website is operated by Midoma Správa (Zuzana Miloschewská, company ID 09575863; Martin Miloschewsky, company ID 09856897), registered at Na Jahodách 13, 148 00 Praha 4 – Kunratice, Czechia. This policy explains how personal data of visitors to https://midoma.cz is processed.

What data is processed

When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type and the pages visited. This keeps the website working correctly and securely.

Google Analytics

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site and device type. The data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside the EU.

You give or refuse consent in the banner shown on your first visit (“Settings” lets you choose each category), and can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all; when you withdraw consent, we delete its cookies from your browser.

Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_… (valid for up to 2 years) with a random browser identifier. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

Forms and quiz

What you enter in the contact form and in the price estimate form on the Pricing page (name, email, optionally phone and building address, your message, your answers about the building) and in our (Czech) quiz is sent to us by email, and you receive a confirmation. We do not store it anywhere else and use it only to reply and to send the overview or offer you asked for.

We keep messages from the forms in our mailbox for as long as needed to deal with them, at most 3 years. If we start working together, we keep them for the duration of our cooperation and then for the period required by law.

Fonts and local storage

The website’s font is served from our own server, not from third parties.

The map on the Properties page loads from OpenStreetMap’s servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation), which receive your IP address when it is shown. The map uses no cookies.

Your cookie choice (and when you made it) and which photo you see on the home page are remembered only in your browser’s local storage. They are not cookies, are not sent anywhere, and are removed when you clear this site’s data in your browser.
