How we work
Answers to the questions building owners ask most – short and step by step.
A tenant doesn’t pay. What do you do?
We check payments continuously and deal with a non-paying tenant on your behalf.
Payment checks
We collect rent and monitor payments continuously.
Reminder
If a payment doesn’t arrive, we contact the tenant straight away by e-mail and phone.
Agreement
We deal with the tenant, e.g. on a payment plan, and keep you informed.
Next steps
If that doesn’t help, we follow the lease – deposit, notice, a lawyer if needed.
How do you find reliable tenants?
We find and vet new tenants ourselves – it’s part of standard management, at no extra cost.
Listing
We photograph the vacant flat and list it on the main property portals.
Viewings
We run the viewings ourselves – you don’t need to be there.
Checks
We check the applicant’s income and references and choose the right one with you.
Lease and handover
We prepare the lease and hand over the flat with a written report.
How will I keep track of the money?
Payments, documents and invoices are kept in the DOMSYS system, which you can access too – in the app or on the web. On top of that, you receive regular clear reports.
- We prepare the documents for your tax return.
Rent
We collect rent and check bank statements.
Invoices
We pay supplier invoices and record every document.
Report
You regularly receive an overview of income, expenses and tenants’ payments.
Documents
Every payment and invoice can be traced – you never have to ask twice.
The building has several owners. How are decisions made?
We’re experienced with co-owned buildings and happy to meet all the owners at once.
Joint meeting
We start by meeting all the owners.
Approving repairs
Larger repairs are agreed with the owners in advance, as they’ve agreed among themselves.
Same information
All owners receive the same information and the same overview.
Disagreements
We’re impartial – we prepare the facts and help find a shared solution.
How does switching from another manager work?
We start with a meeting, go through your building and prepare the takeover for you.
Meeting
You call or write, we meet and go through your building.
Contract
We help you end the contract with your current manager.
Handover
We take over leases, documents, keys and the payment overview, all in writing.
Start
We inform the tenants about the change ourselves and take over smoothly.
What if something breaks in the building?
Tenants have a 24/7 emergency line, +420 724 029 249, and our own maintenance technician looks after the building.
Reporting
Tenants report problems online, emergencies by phone at any time.
Fixing
Our technician or a vetted contractor carries out the repair.
Keeping you informed
You hear about any larger repair in advance; costlier ones are yours to approve.

Want to talk it through for your building?
